Jim has been a
licensed real estate agent since 1985, and is with the Maguire-Burke
Referral Corporation. Jim prides himself in his "hometown service",
he was born and raised in Hamilton Township, and is a 1980 graduate of
Steinert High School. He has a degree in Business from Mercer County
College, and has attended The College of New Jersey and Rider
University. Jim spent many years in banking which included being a
bank mortgage originator, and feels this helps him advise his clients in
their real estate transactions. He currently works in the computer
industry (He is also the webmaster for our webpages), and helps make sure
that Maguire-Burke markets our properties taking the fullest advantage of
internet opportunities for our listings.
Jim specializes in residential home and land
sales.
Jim and his wife spend much of their time raising
their four children. Jim believes strongly in community service. He is the director of the OLS-SA Intramural Basketbal League,
past Kiwanis club president and former member of the Hamilton Kiwanis
